This week we are rolling out our Winter Specials! We’ve got some old and some new as well as something for the kiddos. First, we’ve got the classic Peppermint Mocha or white mocha, which is best served up with whipped cream and crushed peppermint sticks on top. Our Gingerbread Latte will help evoke the holiday spirit made complete with a Biscoff cookie on the side. New this season is the Cinnamon Rollatte: a white mocha with cinnamon powder steamed into the milk, mixed with a bit of spiced brown sugar syrup.

If you’re looking to shake up your normal brewed coffee routine, try The Nutella. This twist on a café au lait (brewed coffee with steamed milk) adds a bit of chocolate sauce and hazelnut syrup resulting in a sweet and creamy pick-me-up. Coffee not your cup of tea? Try our limited-time Holiday Blend black tea from Gong Fu. If you’re avoiding caffeine or just want something for the little ones, try a hazelnut or peppermint flavored Hot Chocolate, complete with whipped cream and sprinkles of course. We also have a Hot Apple Cider for the cold winter days, just be sure to let us know if you want to add caramel sauce!

If you need to appease an office grinch, try winning them over with Donutland donuts and a box of coffee. Call us a day ahead of time to pick out your favorite assortment of donuts from our friends in Cedar Rapids and pick them up here in Coralville! Add a 96 or 160-ounce box of coffee and your co-workers’ hearts will grow three sizes. And through the end of the year, you can get a free $5 gift card when you order a box of each!

Speaking of gift cards, be sure to stop in and pick some up as a thank you to your kids’ teachers, your mail carrier, or just to have as a last-minute gift. If you have a coffee lover in your life, take it a step further by getting a bag of their favorite beans. We can bag it up as a half or whole pound, plus grind it to suit your needs. This week we will be adding a tasty Winter Solstice blend to our selection, roasted by Kickapoo Coffee. Once the students break for the holidays, however, we will be closing at 3 pm. That will start Saturday, December 21st through January 5th, and we will be closed Christmas Day.
