We order our beans from local roasters and grind it fresh for every coffee we make. Each day we have a light and a dark roast ready to go until 2 PM, or we can brew up any available roast in a personal French press for one, two, or a group of four.

Brass Ring Coffee

-Burundi Nemba Washed Process
From Wonderstate Roasters, this uniquely dense and juicy roast has tones of wild black raspberry, with the bright acidity of meyer lemon. Burundi is a sparkling Organic, Single-origin roast with a medium body.
-Congo Kivu Mukwinja Organic
Roasted by Brass Ring Coffee, from the Democratic Republic of Congo, this roast has notes of peach, grape, and honey.
-Mexico Chiapas
This medium roast from Capanna is a local favorite. Its apple-winey flavor is balanced by the bold taste of milk chocolate and peanut. Single-origin & organic.
-Driftless Morning
From Wonderstate, this cozy and balanced medium roast has notes of plum, toffee & cocoa powder with a graham cracker finish. Organic, mellow blend.
-Peru
Roasted by Cafe Del Sol, this velvety dark roast sits on the edge of medium. Organic and fairly traded.
-Turkish Blend
Cafe Del Sol created this bold blend of dark roasted beans that has a strong, smoky flavor. Organic and fairly traded.
-Sumatra Mandheling
While this coffee sits at the bottom of our list, Capanna brings out the earthy tones in this full-bodied, yet less intense dark roast.
-Decaf Colombia
A medium-bodied decaf roast by Capanna. Organic and Single-origin.

Purchase beans by the half or whole pound, prices vary by roast. Take them home whole bean or let us grind them to suit your needs.
